Adventurous journey of Alexander
Once upon a time, in a far-off kingdom, there lived a young prince named Alexander. He was handsome and brave, but also very proud and arrogant. He believed that there was no one in the kingdom who was his equal, and he treated everyone else with disdain.
One day, while out hunting in the forest, Alexander stumbled upon a beautiful maiden, who was crying by the side of a stream. She told him that her village was being terrorized by a fierce dragon that had taken up residence in a nearby cave. The dragon had been burning down houses and eating the villagers' livestock, and no one knew how to defeat it.
Alexander, filled with pride and eager to prove his bravery, decided to slay the dragon himself. He rode to the cave on his trusty steed, and confronted the beast. But the dragon was too powerful, and Alexander soon found himself on the brink of defeat.
Just as the dragon was about to breathe fire and end the prince's life, a wise old hermit appeared. He told Alexander that the dragon's true power came not from its fire, but from its fear. The hermit advised the prince to face his fear and to speak to the dragon with kindness.
Alexander took the hermit's advice and approached the dragon with an open heart. To his surprise, the dragon spoke to him and revealed that it was not a fierce beast, but a magical creature cursed by a wicked sorcerer. The dragon begged Alexander to help it break the curse and return to its true form.
Feeling remorse for his previous arrogance, Alexander set out on a quest to find the sorcerer and put an end to the curse. He traveled through treacherous mountains and deep forests, facing many dangers along the way. But with the help of the hermit and the maiden he had met in the forest, he finally reached the sorcerer's castle.
In a fierce battle, Alexander defeated the sorcerer and broke the curse. The dragon was transformed back into its true form - a magnificent winged horse. As a thank you, the horse offered to carry Alexander back to his kingdom and the prince, humbled by his journey, accepted.
When he returned home, Alexander was a changed man. He had learned the true meaning of courage and humility, and he ruled his kingdom with kindness and compassion. And he lived happily after.
